SOSTAC planning for e-marketing

What is SOSTAC?
SOSTAC is a cyclic process and is most powerful planning systems for e-marketing. It contains all the crucial elements for perfect marketing structure. SOSTAC means Situation, Objectives & Strategy, Tactics, Action & Control. Each area is not discrete, but there is some overlap during each stage of planning and once we can revisit again and redefine the process.
 
Here each stage is described briefly-

6.    Control: This area covers on how to manage the strategy process and what other improvements are to be made.
